Yoga

When the body is relaxed, the mind is relaxed. Every morning our renowned yoga teachers lead guests of the resort through a series of gentle poses aimed to calm the mind, relieve stress and increase concentration. Suitable for all levels of yoga practitioners, our classes feature yoga props so that even the most inflexible yogi can stay in the poses. Private lessons are also available.

Meditation

Start your day at The Spa Resorts with an hour of tranquillity. Our meditation teachers teach a variety of techniques so you can find your best path to peace within yourself. You’ll also learn how to breathe correctly and bring focus and clarity of mind — especially helpful if you’re fasting.

Qigong
(Chi-Gung)

Qigong brings together posture, movement, breathing and meditation to help you develop core strength, inner harmony and self-awareness. Our qigong classes are conducted three times a week by a master teacher with more than 15 years of teaching experience. Beginners are welcome, and taking a few classes during your stay will help bring a sense of vitality and balance to your life.

Massage

Let our expert massage therapists soothe your tired muscles and melt away your stress. Like yoga, many forms of massage help the organs release toxins, bringing even more benefit to your cleanse. Our two massage studios are located in beautiful open-air pavilions by the sea and nestled in the mountains, respectively — the perfect setting to indulge in a little pampering.

Tea Ceremony

Experience the many nuances of oolong tea as you meet new people, share conversation and relax with the soothing effects of the brew. Conducted twice a week, tea ceremony at The Spa Resorts is fasting friendly and great place to get to know other detox enthusiasts.
